While travelling around Australia with a caravan and my lovely husband, I finally have time to clear my head and hit the keyboard without a deadline. Life on the road is quite a change for both of us. We were longstanding workaholics and after a month on the road (going anticlockwise around Australia) we have happily gone into slow motion. I now have time to share some thoughts on things that concern, or interest me, and I thought this blog would be the perfect avenue. Ever since I can remember I have always had an interest in health care. I now own Simply Natural Therapies, a Natural Health and Wellbeing Centre in East Doncaster, Melbourne which is currently being run by my daughter, Leah, with the support of a wonderful team of Admin Angels, Retail Goddesses and exceptional practitioners.
